The City of Wolfville is participating as one of several Nova Scotia municipalities in the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) supported Transition 2050 climate planning program led by Clean Foundation. SSG has been engaged as the modelling and planning consultant on this project, to support the municipalities in performing their GHG inventories, forecasting their energy use and emissions production from the current year to the year 2050, setting emissions reductions targets for 2050 and interim years, and developing climate action plans.
