SSG is the lead consultant on this project to create the Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) for the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) and the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Greene, Miami, and Montgomery Counties, located in Southwestern Ohio. 

The region, which is transitioning from a predominantly production-based to a service-based economy, is home to both agrarian-based and urban communities. SSG is working with Ohio-based New Reach Community Consulting, which is providing community engagement support to ensure that the climate action plan addresses the challenges faced by and creates opportunities for the diversity of communities in the region.
