SSG is partnering with LSA, an employee-owned environmental consulting firm, to develop a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) for the Fresno County of Governments (CoG). The PCAP is the first phase of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Climate pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) climate planning process. 

Fresno County of Governments is a voluntary body that represents 15 incorporated cities and unincorporated areas in Fresno County, which spans over 6,000 square miles .SSG is conducting the benefits analysis and preparing the priority climate action measures on the project, including measures tied to the region’s strong agricultural sector and growing manufacturing industry.
