What can you do in your role to support the Town of Caledon to save energy and reduce impacts on the environment?

Working across community and staff, officially our task was to update the Environmental Progress Action Plan and Corporate Energy Management Plan. Our approach made it clear that all people are part of the update and are responsible in carrying out some of the actions in some capacity.

The internal and external engagement included Pecha Kucha presentations from the residents, brainstorming that in all generated 222 answers and online prioritisation software that culminated in the updated plans.
